Get Revenge Justification!

How does a person justify retribution? It seems like such an important step. Satisfying a vendetta requires thoughtful justification.

If a person or group wants revenge for wrongs done to them is it really appropriate to expect society to meet our needs. Sometimes the wrong doer will be persecuted criminally in court, and this may get the perpetrator off the street for a while but does it make the victim feel any better? Also, an abuser, or evil doer, does not become a better person simply by being in prison. They just continue by abusing the staff and other inmates while all the time looking forward to getting out when they can continue their selfish and uncaring behavior on the streets.

Sometimes civil litigation results in justice being achieved but rarely. What amount of money meets the emotional damages, the mental anguish of continuous mistreatment? Institutions often have policies in place prohibiting harassment as destructive but this does not heal the victim. What these programs do is get the institution off the hook. The victim is required to publicly charge the perpetrators and then be exposed to retaliation from those accused. And, if the system (school, employer, church, club, whatever) does punish the wrong doer is the victims' needs met?

So what is a person to do? First, know that the injustices are likely to continue without action on the part of the victim taking a serious look at putting a solid end to the perpetrators' evil deeds. Justified revenge action is appropriate and necessary.

How can our vendetta be justified? We need a system that fairly evaluates the perpetrator. The system should be quantitative, and apply numerical values to the perpetrators' profile.

The system we need to use must be fairly and equally applied to each person or group in our sphere of association, or those that effect us either positively or negatively. In other words the system we use must measure the good and bad in all of us, and constantly be changing with each new action or inaction. Yes, people should be judged for their inactions as well. We are capable of both evil and good both in our actions and inactions. Failing to do the right thing can be wrong just like doing the wrong thing.

So the system for justified judgment must recognize that each person will at times do good and bad. The system we choose to use for justification must take into consideration the full spectrum of the subject's behavior.

Can't we just let "what goes around come around" and wait for them to get theirs, or turn the abuser into the authority, if there is one. Sure, but is that really going to bring resolution to the soul of the wounded. Or, those treated badly can leave and start life anew somewhere else! Yes, but running away and allowing those evildoers who hurt you to get away with the pain and suffering they have inflicted upon you may not settle well in your soul and in this situation only justified retaliation is acceptable as settlement.

What if the bully is not a coworker, but the employer? Working under an oppressive dictatorship that relies on economic terrorism to gain a willingness of the labor force to accept the yoke of subjugation. The threat against your livelihood is a threat against your life. Again, why should the victim have to leave to live? It is natural and appropriate to want revenge.

And there are those who have been able to acquire wealth and the power that come with it and they, for their own purposes, gained control of television, radio, newspapers, magazines, and the information used to educate students who are naive to the possibilities of other world views and sometimes real histories not taught.

Those who enslave us say: You might get angry because we have lied to you, taken advantage of you, and manipulated you; and you may be thinking about revenge but we also control the military (for foreign threats to the ruling class) and law enforcement (for domestic threats to the ruling class) so be aware of what vengeance will fall upon you if you dare not submit to us.

The best revenge would be living free, self-sufficient, independent of the system that seeks to enslave us, but that is easier said than done. So, reluctantly the yoke is tolerated until death frees us from bondage. When industry and government is administered by the same executives who move from one to the other like carnival rides, hoping for social and economic justice is delusional.

We are victims everywhere without hope of justice unless there is a system of justification that is equal and fair. Those who have been wronged are justified because the system of justification says so. The justification process offers numerical proof that revenge is the correct choice. The perpetrator does have the chance to make repairs in the same way that the wrongs were committed. We all have the opportunity to create a pile of good in the same way that we can dig ourselves into a hole of wrongs done.

This system is not difficult to apply. It consists of a journal, or diary of notes. These notes are the actions and inactions, both good and bad, of the people, groups, organizations, or institutions that effect us.

In your personal "Justification Journal" or "Diary of Justification" you will need an entry, or profile, for each subject under evaluation. This is a dossier for each perpetrator. This can also profile people who are good by recording their kindness, or good choices and actions. Once each subject has their own profile of important information like: name, phone number, address, employer, family members, friends and supporters, etc. you begin the behavioral notations.

Behavioral notations are simply a minus 1, or a plus 1. If a bad or evil action is committed put a −1 and a description of what happened, or if the action was good then a +1 and a description. Now as time goes on the journal will either justify the person or the person's existence will not be justified. And this then is the system of justice used quantitatively to determine when revenge is appropriate.

This justification process works best in situations where the courts are of little use: neither criminal or civil justice can be achieved.

It is important to remember that we are all subjects for the justification process so our own behavior must be such that shows a pattern of goodness and kindness. If we are in the journal of another it is in our best interest to have a lot of +1 entries. Those members of our society who have very many "−1" entries and very few "+1" entries are not the quality people, institutions, or organizations a society needs.

What can be more fair than allowing people, institutions, and organizations to justify their existence? In actions and inactions is shown whether the world is a better place because they exist, and answers the question: Why is the world a better place because she, he, they, or I exist?
